Welcome to Educational Networks by HSdataline

Our Help Desk facility works in close proximity with our Project Support team. So as to minimise the time taken to deal with any customer queries, which may arise.

HSdataline have a large Project Support team consisting of a Project Support Manager and eight Project Support staff including two Co-Ordinators. Each of the Project Support is responsible for there own Major Accounts as well as dealing with smaller jobs. Each of the Group Directors has the ultimate responsibility for these Major Accounts but would not deal with them on a daily basis. The two Project Support Co-Ordinators are the “HUB” of this department and will deal with and monitor daily orders, problems and scheduling.

The Coordinators will deal directly with the Installation Manager who schedules/manages and monitors ALL Installation Teams on the road. Each Installation Team is in direct contact with the Installation Manager as they arrive on site, lunchtime and as they leave site. These times are logged and monitored to ensure the most efficient use of time. There is a Full Document and Escalation Routine documented in our Operating Procedures Manual, which forms part of ISO9002.

We also have the facility to offer full on-site Project Management for our large contracts.

The Project Manager will ensure that the contract is completed both efficiently and on schedule, with the minimum of disruption to the customer.

The Project Manager will also implement any Change Control Documents required due to alterations and/or additions to the original contract.

On completion of the contract they will provide the customer with a full set of Final Documentation and Testing Results.
