HSdataline will provide an engineering team fully equipped with Level III testers ie Fluke or Lantek. The team will be provided free of charge for a maximum period of 4 hours onsite. The test results will be recorded electronically and provided to the Client via email free of charge.
In the event of cable test failures HSdataline will provide a written quotation to repair or replace the faulty items. Minor repairs maybe possible whilst on site for a nominal fee.
The free service will be provided between Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:00 (excluding bank holidays)
